Decorative candles.

I love making things.  Everyone who knows me knows this fact.

This is my latest creation.  Decorative candles for a client.  Her request was for a lilac and white color story and the candlestick holders.

Here is the set I made for my nieces' wedding also featured in "Today's Bride" magazine (can't you tell the pic was taken by a professional photographer?) .

They  are perfect for weddings, gifts, centerpieces or decorating your fireplace mantle.

Tell me, what have you created lately that you adore?  Stay blessed.

Chair reupholstery

It's been a while since I posted a blog here because I have a few other ones.  Decided that I need to keep focused on one so I'm back.

I completed my wing chair makeover in the summer and wanted to share the end results here.

Here is the chair before:

Complete:

I whipped up the tiny pillow to match with leftover scraps and called it a day!  The hardest part was taking off the original fabric, the rest was a blast!!

A girl can change her mind right?? my mini table redo

So, I was given this table but didn't like the color so I decided to redo it.

So after priming and painting it, and putting a design on it, this was the end result,

.

Ummm, yeah.  I don't know.  It didn't grab me and every time I looked at it I felt ummmm, not so happy.  You see, I tried to make the table a blend of masculinity and femininity because it's home is in our bedroom
but I can't stand looking at it so......

I decided to keep it real and redo it SOAC style!!!

That's better!!!   On to the next.........

Patience

Everyone has patience.  Successful people learn to use it.

James 1:4~ But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.

Don't want to neglect my blog but I recently went on an encounter weekend and God revealed so much to me.  I fell in love with me, exactly how he created me and in doing so, I have a more intimate relationship with my Heavenly Father.

So as the title says, have patience.  SOAC is going to be off the hook but I'm working out some kinks and weeding out my garden...so to speak.

Have a blessed day!
